Courtney Love, who has been undergoing rehabilitation for weeks as the result of a recent drug charge, took the night off to watch and perform with some local bands last Thursday evening. One of the bands, “The Hard Place”, was recently described as having a similar impact to that of Nirvana’s circa 1991. Love was quoted as saying “They don’t sound like Nirvana!” and “So, this band sounds like Nirvana, huh? They wish!”
